No damaged screws…

No screws damaged on the 2nd use on a bottle which appears to be well engaged and perfectly aligned. It is therefore the choice of the material of the stove, which is too soft, which is in question. Big disappointment for 55€

ULTRA-LIGHT

Its weight of 48g as well as its size make it super practical for a trek!!

Yes but with some doubts

Let me start by saying that this is my first camping stove. I had the opportunity to use it once on the 230gr screw cartridge. Easy installation and removal (I felt no gas either way). Cons for my inexperience: I misunderstood the + and - of the supply and therefore some of the gas came out immediately and furthermore, imagining seeing the "blue" flame like at home, I didn't realize that it was turned on afterwards. Too bad it doesn't have auto ignition like cheaper models and this means having matches or a lighter with you. I didn't notice this at the time of purchase. The weight and design are very beautiful.

Which type of cartridge does this mt900 stove use?

This stove meets standard EN521.It must be used only with butane/propane threaded cartridges compliant with standard EN417. Compliant with this standard, Decathlon Forclaz cartridges (100 g, 230 g, 450 g) are compatible with this stove as well as the Forclaz MT100, MT500 and MT500 Remote models. Before use, read the instructions and precautions for use attached to the stove.

Setting up the stove and connecting a gas cartridge

Set up a gas cartridge in a ventilated place, preferably outdoors and never near a flame, heat source, spark or flammable materials. Check that your stove's gas inlet is properly closed and check the location and condition of the leakproof seal. Make sure that the cartridge is on a stable flat surface. Do not shake.

Setting up the stove and connecting a gas cartridge (continued)

Hold the stove in one hand. Screw in the cartridge with the other by turning it clockwise until it stops, being careful not to damage the screw thread. Follow the same instructions to take off the cartridge. It's normal to hear a small fizzing sound (escaping gas) for less than 2 seconds when connecting the cartridge to the stove.

Storage instructions

Avoid contact with moisture and don’t leave out in the rain. After use or cleaning, store your stove in a dry place taking care to unscrew the cartridge.
